My name is Jasmyn Brown, spelled with a "Y," not an "I" or "E." I am an African American multimedia graphic designer from Maryland. I am passionate about brand identity, packaging design, and illustration. I recently graduated from the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Interactive Design.

I am especially passionate about combining creative storytelling with design to create compelling and unique narratives that are rarely explored. I hope to work within the federal government or an educational firm, where I can design content that engages a diverse audience.

Growing up with limited exposure to art, I explored different mediums to connect with art culture. My sister introduced me to creativity, often doodling cartoon characters from shows we watched, inspiring my own creativity. When I’m not designing, I obsess over my favorite anime series, such as Hunter x Hunter, Promare, Yu Yu Hakusho, or any Studio Ghibli films. I’m usually in bed, drawing on my iPad, watching TV, or just being a goofy nerd.
